I've got the chocolate from verizon wireless. I bought a ringback tone from Vcast. I couldn't find it, but when people called they heard this classical like concierto, it's loud and annoying, and not what I bought! How do I find and fix it?! And I don't care if I don't get my money back.I need to change my ringback tone!?
You can go to http://rbt.verizonwireless.com/rbt/overv and sign onto your account. From there, you can choose what plays when people call you.
Alternatively, you can sign onto your account and uncheck the selection for ringback tones.
